Quick Notebook Tutorial for Cool Cats

While reading the daily e-mail from CRAFT magazine, I saw this awesome tutorial for a quick craft that will come in handy for just about everyone - a mini notebook:

Now I know what to do with all of the paint chips Krissi has scattered throughout the house!
